2. Assemble Listing Documents and Photos
Make sure you have read and reviewed all forms and easy to follow instructions. Select digital signatures (Authentisign®) or manual signatures option and complete the listing documents. Scan all documents to pdf and transfer to compressed (zipped) folder. Next take many (typically 20-35, maximum 60) exterior and interior photos of the property and resize photos as appropriate. Transfer property photo(s) to compressed (zipped) folder. Your listing package will consist of two folders.

Once assembled, proceed to Upload page.
The size limit for a single upload is 15MB. Please use multiple uploads if the size limit is exceeded. Name your folders for multiple uploads accordingly, e.g. Photos1, Photos2, etc. If you have difficulty uploading please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
